We’re growing fast—and now we’re looking for a strong HR professional to help us build an even stronger team.
At ProSync Infotech, we are on a mission to help individuals and brands start and scale their journey on Amazon through webinars, masterclasses, and real business opportunities. With a team of 20+ and expanding rapidly, we need someone who can take ownership of our people operations
🎯 Role: HR Executive (1–3 Years Experience)
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Handle onboarding and employee experience
- Maintain attendance, leaves & payroll inputs
- Manage employee relations and resolve concerns
- Drive performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Ensure HR compliance and smooth operations
- Plan engagement activities and strengthen company culture
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in HR or relevant field (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage HR operations independently
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
