Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our Pune office. This role will be 75% focused on Talent Acquisition and 25% on HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate industry, particularly in hiring across Sales, Tech, and Non-Tech roles, and possess strong cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (75%)
- End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Tech, and Non-Tech roles, especially within the real estate and real estate tech sectors.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers for shortlisting.
- Drive a smooth and efficient interview process from scheduling to final offer.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and quick turnaround time.
HR Operations (25%)
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, audits, and policy rollouts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience hiring across Sales, Tech, and Non-Tech functions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
- Must be an immediate joiner or available to join within 7 days.
