Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Guwahati. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and monitor company HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll administration, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role requires regular interaction with employees across all levels to foster a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Solid background in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications like SHRM-CP or a diploma in HR Management are a plus
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations is preferred
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience
