Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Palakkad. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, handle employee relations, and oversee various aspects of HR management. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, implementing organizational policies, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce engagement, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
· Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 1-3 years of HR experience
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Basic knowledge of HR practices and MS Office
· Ability to handle digital platforms
Key Responsibilities
· Post job openings and screen candidates
· Schedule and coordinate interviews
· Manage onboarding and employee documentation
· Maintain attendance and leave records
· Payroll preparation and HR policy implementation
· Organize employee engagement activities
· Maintain HR records and assist in general HR administration
