Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Ahmedabad location. The candidate will manage HR operations, employee relations, and implement HR policies. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding, supporting training initiatives, and resolving employee concerns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR and recruitment processes, along with good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and implementation of HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources (HR) domain
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in Recruitment and similar HR roles is an advantage
