Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, developing employee relations strategies, and overseeing daily HR management tasks. The role also includes coordinating with leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Proficiency in HR Operations and knowledge of implementing and maintaining HR Policies
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective Employee Relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience as an HR professional, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is an advantage
