The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day admin and HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented and people-centric individual who can ensure smooth HR processes while enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Roll out offers, collect documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners
2. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee database
- Handle confirmation, exits, FnF coordination, and documentation
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
4. Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement
- Handle housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities
- Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and infrastructure readiness
6. Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage admin vendors (housekeeping, pantry, courier, etc.)
- Track office assets, inventory, and allocation to employees
- Coordinate AMC services and repair/maintenance requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR & Admin role
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in startups/D2C or fast-paced environments
- Hands-on exposure to both HR operations and office administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
