Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. Additional tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management, including the ability to handle recruitment, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience with HR Operations processes such as payroll, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Skills in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in drafting, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies that align with organizational objectives.
- A solid foundation in Human Resources practices and principles, backed by relevant education or certifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or automation industry, is a plus.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
