Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. The role will also include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, along with fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and fostering a positive work culture
- Experience with core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and talent management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR-related disciplines, such as SHRM or PHR, is a plus
