Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive. The role is based in Indore, with some flexibility for work from home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day human resources functions to support a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations
- Ability to execute and manage Employee Relations and ensure team engagement
- Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage HR tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Understanding of compliance with labor laws and organizational regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
