Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance, while contributing to a positive workplace culture and supporting overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding- Conduct structured induction and orientation programs for new hires
- Manage employee documentation, joining formalities, and HRIS updates
- Oversee exit processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle transitions
3. Payroll & Compensation Support- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions
- Coordinate closely with the finance team for timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Support statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESIC, etc.)
4. HR Operations & Compliance- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, attendance, hiring metrics, etc.)
- Support audits and compliance requirements
5. Employee Engagement & Relations- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment
Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capability
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
Experience- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar role
