Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Lonavala, Pune (410403). The Human Resources Executive will work closely under the HR Manager and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, attendance and leave management, and maintaining HR records. The role will support the implementation and communication of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team. The person in this position will handle employee relations, including grievance handling, engagement initiatives, performance review coordination, and supporting managers with talent development and disciplinary processes. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in recruitment activities, coordinate training programs, support audits and documentation for certifications, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes to align with PEPL’s operational and manufacturing needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS/HRMS usage, attendance and leave management, and coordination of payroll inputs.
- Demonstrated capability in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, and driving engagement and retention initiatives.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR Policies, ensuring alignment with labor laws, organizational standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and statutory compliances applicable to manufacturing setups.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with production, quality, and operations teams.
