Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage job postings on various platforms
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
- Assist in attendance and leave management
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
Key Result Areas (KRAs)- Hiring Efficiency: Close open positions within defined timelines
- Candidate Quality: Ensure relevant and qualified candidates are shortlisted
- Onboarding Experience: Smooth and timely onboarding of new hires
- Data Accuracy: Maintain error-free employee records and HR documentation
- Employee Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between employees and management
- Attendance Management: Accurate tracking of attendance and leaves
- Engagement Initiatives: Support and execute employee engagement activities monthly
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
