Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ajmer. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management practices. The HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and ensuring effective communication
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
- Strong understanding of foundational Human Resources (HR) principles and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
