Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, improving employee engagement, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with department heads to support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations is essential.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, with an ability to build trust and provide support for workplace concerns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in North Goa and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Educational qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, are preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India is an advantage.
