Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Vasai. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure adherence to HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, implementing HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining records aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to build a robust and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Sound knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance is advantageous
• Relevant education or certification in Human Resources or a related field
