Panorama is expanding and looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team as an HR Executive.
Job Details- Position: HR Executive
- Location: Work From Home (India)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 12:00 Noon – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
- Assist with payroll and other HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Help foster a positive employee experience.
Who We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any non-HR field.
- No prior HR experience is required.
- Candidates eager to transition into a career in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in HR.
