Roles and Responsibility
- Workforce Planning: Forecasting manpower needs to align with organizational goals.
- Policy Development: Designing and implementing HR policies that comply with legal
- Talent Acquisition:Developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and sourcing candidates.
- Managing interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- On boarding:Ensuring smooth orientation for new hires.
- Training Programs: identifying skill gaps and designing training modules.
- Organising workshops, e-learning, and other developmental activities.
- Salary and Incentives: Administering payroll, bonuses, and increment strategies.
- Documentation: Managing HR software and systems for payroll, attendance, and exit process
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance
- Experience using HRIS systems, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage remote workforce operations and virtual hiring processes
- Strong analytical and workforce planning abilities
Work schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Timing : 12.00 PM to 10.00 PM
- Remote
