Requirements ✅
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of HR/recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, approachable, and proactive personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, young team environment ⚡
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
