This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bilaspur. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, oversee employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure overall compliance across human resource functions. Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Familiarity with general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
