Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and support overall HR management within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role also involves being a strategic partner in maintaining a productive and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
