Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals.
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate second-round interviews with Directors (video/in-person).
Manage salary negotiations in consultation with Directors.
Prepare and issue offer letters.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare joining documentation and induction materials and ID cards
Facilitate orientation with respective departments.
Maintain employee records (physical & digital).
Manage Offer letters, appointment letters and confirmation letters.
Document asset allocations (laptop/mobile).
3. Payroll Management
Handle end-to-end payroll processing.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Process allowances, deductions & reimbursements.
Coordinate salary processing with accounts team.
Liaise with HR consultants for PF, ESIC & PT compliance.
Coordinate with accounts team for TDS / statutory filings.
4. Taxation & Compliance
Collect investment declarations and proofs.
Ensure accurate TDS deduction.
Prepare Form 16 and salary certificates.
5. Performance Management & Appraisals
Manage appraisal cycle and documentation.
Prepare increment structures compliant with PF/ESIC/PT.
Handle arrears and salary revisions.
6. HR Administration & Records
Maintain updated records including:
Attendance & salary registers
Regulatory compliance files
Bonus, TDS, PF/ESIC/PT challans
Exit documentation
Asset handover & advance records
ID card register
7. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews.
Manage asset recovery and clearance process.
Process Full & Final settlements and gratuity.
8. Expense & Reimbursements
Verify and process travel and business expense claims.
9. Circulars & Internal Communication
Draft and circulate internal notices and holiday announcements.
10. Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement initiatives.
Plan birthday celebrations and festive events.
11. Housekeeping & Facility Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping team / service providers to maintain office cleanliness and facilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- Experience in Recruitment / Payroll processing / Performance management / Employee engagement initiaitives
- Proficiency in using software like Keka
