Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Noida. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting day-to-day HR functions. The role involves collaborating with team members across departments to foster a positive and productive workplace culture and handle organizational human resource requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
- Experience in managing HR Operations efficiently
- Ability to develop and promote a positive organizational culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an advantage
