Role Overview:
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle processes. This role is key to creating a seamless employee experience, promoting company culture, and supporting HR strategy in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
Source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals
Ensure a strong candidate experience
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Drive onboarding and induction programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Address employee queries and manage grievance resolution
Handle exit processes and settlements
HR Operations & Compliance:
Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labour laws
Maintain HR policies and support audits & statutory requirements
Performance & Engagement:
Support performance review cycles
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Promote company culture and values
Assist in retention strategies
Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and training needs
Coordinate internal and external training programs
Support career development initiatives
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Track recruitment and HR metrics
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
Provide insights for improving HR effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience: 4–7 years in HR, preferably in technology or data-driven companies
Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, compliance knowledge, analytical mindset, high ownership
Tools & Systems (Optional):
HRMS (Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People)
ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever)
Excel / Google Sheets
KPIs:
Time-to-hire, Offer-to-join ratio
Employee retention and engagement
Compliance adherence
Success in First 6–12 Months:
