Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ranchi. The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, ensuring policy compliance, handling employee benefits and grievances, and supporting talent development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage on-site responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
