Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage internal HR operations in India, including internal hiring, onboarding of consultants, compliance, BGV, and attendance management.
The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to the US Staffing industry, understanding consultant onboarding processes, client compliance requirements, and staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Hiring (India Operations)
- Handle internal hiring for recruiters, sales, HR, and support roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage selection process.
- Release offer letters and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain hiring tracker and documentation.
Consultant Onboarding (India-Based Consultants)
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants deployed to client projects.
- Collect and verify all required documentation.
- Prepare employment agreements, NDA, and onboarding forms.
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth deployment.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain consultant documentation as per client and company standards.
- Maintain audit-ready HR records.
- Basic understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099 – awareness level).
Background Verification (BGV)
- Initiate and monitor background verification process.
- Coordinate with BGV vendors.
- Ensure clearance before client onboarding.
- Maintain BGV status tracker.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance of internal employees.
- Maintain leave records and approvals.
- Share payroll inputs with finance team.
- Ensure salary processing accuracy.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Act as SPOC for employee HR queries.
- Handle grievance and discipline matters.
- Support performance evaluation process.
- Maintain employee lifecycle documentation.
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Prior experience in US Staffing industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of onboarding & consultant documentation.
- Experience in compliance, BGV, and attendance management.
- Good understanding of HRMS tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
