Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, maintaining HR documentation, facilitating onboarding, and providing guidance on HR best practices. The role requires collaboration with different departments to foster a positive work environment and effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters and employment documents.
- Complete onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll inputs and employee documentation.
- Update HR databases and employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Ensure HR documents are complete and up to date.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
