Role Overview:
The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and assist in the smooth execution of
daily HR functions. This includes recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, record-
keeping, compliance support, payroll data collection, and handling employee queries. The ideal
candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable
interacting with both office and factory staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
∙Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Manager to understand staffing needs.
∙Source resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
∙Support local outreach efforts and job postings.
2. HR Operations & Administration
∙Maintain up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
∙Assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
∙Handle HR documentation, ID cards, and attendance tracking.
3. Payroll Assistance & Compliance
∙Collect and prepare payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and shift data.
∙Support the HR Manager in statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT).
