Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Thrissur. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, oversee employee relations, implement and manage HR policies, and support overall human resource functions to ensure smooth operations. The role involves collaborating with team members across departments to foster a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in retail or a similar industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
