🚀 We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Real Estate
Navilu Group is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a driven HR professional to join our team at our Whitefield office, supporting our flagship project *The District by Navilu*.
📍 Whitefield, Bangalore
💼 4–5 years experience (Real Estate preferred)
🔑 What you’ll be doing:
• End-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM & Marketing roles
• Managing high-volume hiring for real estate teams
• Driving employee engagement & retention initiatives
• Handling onboarding, HR operations & documentation
• Supporting performance tracking and HR processes

• Experience in real estate hiring (strong advantage)
• Ability to manage fast-paced, target-driven hiring
