Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tiruchirappalli. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and provide support in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role requires collaboration with management and employees to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) tasks
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies development
- Strong understanding and management of HR Operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
