🔹 Experience: 1–2 Years
🔹 Qualification: B.Tech + MBA (HR)
🔹 Location: Noida
✨ Key Responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering and project-based roles
- Supporting onboarding, induction, and coordination with project sites
- Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS updates
- Assisting in manpower planning for EPC/Oil & Gas project teams
- Handling attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and HR compliance
- Contributing to employee engagement and HR-driven initiatives
🎯 Candidate Profile :
- Experience in EPC / Oil & Gas HR preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments
