Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role. The candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations, and ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
Maintain HR records and documentation
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Support payroll coordination and attendance management
Contribute to employee engagement and workplace initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
Experience in employee relations and grievance handling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
Healthcare/hospital experience preferred
