We’re Hiring HR Executive | Join our growing Beauty & Academy Brand
We are building MMEENA MAARNE, a premium bridal makeup studio and professional beauty academy, and we are looking for a passionate HR Executive to help us grow our team and culture.
This is not a typical HR role.
This is for someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing creative beauty brand, where every day involves working with artists, trainees, bridal professionals, and a dynamic studio environment.
✨ Your Role Will Include:
- Hiring and onboarding beauty artists, trainers, and interns
- Managing attendance, schedules, and daily coordination
- Supporting academy and studio operations
- Maintaining internal communication and discipline
- Helping build a professional and positive work culture
🌱 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has good HR experience or strong people-handling skills
- Is organized, responsible, and proactive
- Enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment
- Understands or is willing to learn beauty/academy operations
- Has good communication and coordination skills
