Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)
Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong understanding can apply)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
2. Candidate Management
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and joining
• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
3. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes
• Ensure proper handover and documentation during exits
• Support HR policies and compliance requirements
4. Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports
• Provide regular updates on hiring status
5. General Responsibilities
• Handle additional HR/admin tasks as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of company and candidate information
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• High ownership and accountability
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/HR preferred)
• Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
Working Details
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
