Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources processes
- Proficiency in managing HR Operations and handling HR Policies
- Excellent Employee Relations skills to foster a positive workplace environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
