Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support overall HR management processes. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, resolving workplace issues, and supporting initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources practices
- Experience with HR Operations and executing daily HR activities
- Expertise in Employee Relations and ability to address and resolve workplace issues
- Proficiency in creating and implementing effective HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards in India
