Merits Capital Market Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team in Delhi.

📌 Position: HR Executive
📌 Experience: 1–2 Years
📌 Preferred Domain: Finance / Capital Markets / BFSI
📌 Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Talent acquisition & recruitment coordination
• Employee onboarding & HR operations
• Interview scheduling and candidate management
• Employee coordination & documentation management
• Assisting in team building across financial market verticals
• Supporting day-to-day organisational and HR processes
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Prior HR experience within finance, stock broking, trading, wealth management or BFSI firms
• Strong communication & organisational abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Proactive, presentable and eager to grow within the financial markets industry
