Requirements & Skills:
We are looking for candidates with 1- 3 years of HR experience and good communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities are essential to manage daily HR operations efficiently. Salary offered is ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and onboarding documentation
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and UAN registration activities
• Support statutory compliance and HR operations
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and salary processing
