Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The individual will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The Human Resources Executive will also be tasked with fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare or education industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus
