Title: HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
• Performance & Disciplinary Documentation: Draft letters for performance and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies.
• Full & Final Settlement: Manage termination processes per Indian labor laws and company policies, ensuring contract adherence, non-discrimination, documentation, data protection, and timely final settlements.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales, and other teams to support operations and resolve HR queries.
• Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather insights, report findings, and suggest retention improvements.
Requirements:
• Any graduation preferrable MBA HR
• 1–3 years of experience preferrable in Pharma
• Strong communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
