Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Noida for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and support various HR management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling recruitment and staffing, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) as a discipline, including recruitment, compliance, and personnel management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
