Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our office in Gurugram. Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee various HR functions and align them with organizational goals
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Capability to maintain and implement HR Policies effectively
- Strong skills in Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace and resolve conflicts professionally
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the digital media or technology industry
