Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting recruitment, onboarding employees, managing HR documentation, and providing guidance to employees on company policies and procedures. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations and handling workplace challenges
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the field of Human Resources (HR)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations in India
