Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and oversee various HR management functions. They will play a key role in building a productive and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations and conflict resolution strategies
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain effective HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
