Markenzo Worldwide is looking for a dynamic HR & Accounts Executive to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: MBA in HR & Finance
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
✅ Coordinate payroll and employee engagement activities
✅ Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, reimbursements, follow up with clients on payments and maintaining financial records
✅ Assist with routine finance and administrative operations
Requirements:
- MBA in HR & Finance
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
