Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, design and implement HR policies, address employee relations matters, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, supporting hiring processes, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure efficient handling of human resources processes and systems
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and managing HR Policies for cohesive and fair workplace practices
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and their application in organizational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration and addressing employee concerns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the media and entertainment industry is an added advantage
