HR Generalist – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Support PMS, confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlement
- Coordinate with different departments for HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist role
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement preferred
- Immediate joiner preferred

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and attendance and leave management. The role involves supporting HR management in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating performance management and appraisal processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, such as resolving queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and assisting in grievance handling. The position will also coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training and development programs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery across the organization.
