Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Manager
📍 Location: Remote / Gurgaon, Haryana
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to join our team and help us build, manage, and scale a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Create and post job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Develop HR policies and ensure company compliance
- Manage employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Handle attendance, leaves.
- Support payroll coordination and HR operations
- Assist in building SOPs and internal processes for team management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LinkedIn hiring and recruitment platforms
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or startup environment
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and recruitment software
- Strong negotiation and people management skills
