Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gadchiroli. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exits, and supporting payroll and attendance processes in coordination with relevant teams. The role will involve implementing and monitoring HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting audits and documentation. The individual will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting grievance resolution, and assisting in engagement initiatives and communication. The HR Executive will also support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development programs, and provide HR reports and data to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with practical exposure to HR Management in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS or HR software usage, and coordination of day-to-day HR processes.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting grievance redressal, and contributing to engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance, with the ability to implement and communicate policies effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems; ability to prepare accurate HR reports.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gadchiroli and collaborate closely with operations and management teams.
